Privacy Policy
Effective March 3, 2026
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers on our servers.
Message Content: We store the message variants you submit for evaluation. This content is necessary to run evaluations and display results.
Evaluation Results: We store scores, rankings, narrative analysis, voter responses, and suggestions generated by the AI evaluation engine.
Usage Data: We collect basic usage metrics such as evaluation counts, login timestamps, and feature usage to operate the Service and enforce plan limits.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) operate and deliver the Quorum evaluation service; (b) enforce subscription limits and billing; (c) send transactional communications (account confirmations, billing receipts, service alerts); and (d) improve the platform based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
We do NOT use your messages or evaluation results to train AI models. Quorum uses the Anthropic commercial API, which contractually prohibits using customer data for model training. Your content is processed for evaluation and immediately discarded by the AI provider after the response is returned.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (application hosting). Both providers maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). For full details, see our Security Policy.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party services, each only to the extent necessary to operate Quorum:

Message variants (processed in real-time, zero retention)

We do not sell your data to any third party, and we do not share your data with any party not listed above.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your messages and evaluation results are retained for as long as your subscription is active. When you delete a study, all associated data is permanently removed. When an organization is deleted, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@euda.io.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your evaluation results and message content; and (e) withdraw consent for optional data processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@euda.io.
7. Cookies & Analytics
Quorum uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We may use anonymized, aggregate analytics to understand platform usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.
8. Children's Privacy
Quorum is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
