Terms of Service
Effective March 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quorum ("the Service"), operated by Euda LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Quorum is an AI-powered political message testing platform. It evaluates campaign messaging against district-calibrated synthetic voter panels to produce structured feedback across multiple scoring dimensions. Quorum is not a poll — it does not survey real voters, and results should be interpreted as directional AI-generated analysis, not statistically representative polling data.
3. Accounts & Organizations
You must create an account to use Quorum. Each account belongs to an organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Quorum to: (a) test content that is illegal under applicable law; (b) attempt to manipulate or exploit the evaluation system through adversarial prompts or automated attacks; (c) reverse-engineer the AI evaluation methodology; (d) resell access to the Service without written authorization; or (e) use the Service in any way that could harm other users or the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any messages, variants, or content you submit to Quorum for evaluation. Evaluation results, scores, suggestions, and reports generated by the Service are owned by you and your organization. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content or results.
The Quorum platform, including its evaluation methodology, scoring framework, voter panel technology, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Euda LLC.
6. Data Handling
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Security Policy. In summary: your messages and results are never used to train AI models, your data is isolated from other organizations, and you can request deletion at any time.
7. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Overage charges (for usage exceeding your plan's included runs) are billed at the end of each billing cycle. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Free trials provide limited access to Professional-tier features. Trial usage limits are hard caps — when reached, you must subscribe to continue. No credit card is required to start a trial.
8. Disclaimers
Quorum uses AI-generated synthetic voter panels. Results are directional estimates, not predictions of actual election outcomes or voter behavior. We do not guarantee that real voters will respond to your messaging the same way our AI voter panel does.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not provide legal, political strategy, or campaign compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of evaluation results complies with applicable campaign finance and communications laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euda LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
